We are excited to offer a FREE conference focused on empowering, inspiring, and providing knowledge to help high school girls and non-binary athletes thrive. Workshop topics this year include: Nutrition, Leadership, Physiology, Mental Skills Training, Advocacy, and Inclusion. Speakers are featured on Instagram, follow Our Space in Sport to see who will be featured this year! 

Our Space in Sport stands as the only conference across Washington State uniting high school athletes with professional athletes, collegiate athletes, sport experts, and female-serving organizations that actively contribute to advancing the space for girls and non-binary athletes in sport. 

This year we are hosting a parallel coach track! Women and non-binary coaches are encouraged to register to learn more about supporting female and non-binary student-athletes on and off the field, while working on real feedback from athletes.

Saturday, March 8, 2025, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at Federal Way High School.
