PHPDA Major Grants 2025

The Health Equity Fund of Pacific Hospital Preservation and Development Authority (PHPDA) has announced the 2025 Major Grant application process.

The grants are renewable for up to three years and for ongoing projects with well-defined services. 
Funding is available up to $200,000.

Open: January 2, 2025

Due: January 23, 2025 | 12:00 pm (noon)

Grants are intended for:

Improving health outcomes and access for Communities of Color, particularly African American / Black, Latinx, and American Indian/Alaska Native communities.

Serving underserved geographic areas such as South King County and rural King County.

Addressing cultural, linguistic, economic, and access barriers to ensure access for underserved communities to health resources and services. 

Providing services that are not paid for, in part or fully, under currently available coverage programs.
